Church leaders bear unique tasks and burdens that must be brought under Christ’s shepherding care. We come alongside ministers to care for them

so that their lives, families, and ministries can thrive.

Personal growth happens best in community. Our Lord Jesus gathered others

in a learning community to equip and send them to make disciples.

Our association is both an organization and a network of reciprocal relationships. The foundation of our association is built by its members

fostering these relationships.

We want to connect pastors to one another

so that they can care for one another and be cared for.

Counseling for Pastors

Pastor Steve Hodges, a fellow CBA pastor and state-certified professional counselor, offers free counseling services to associational pastors. Reach out to Steve (865-382-2582) to schedule time together.

Shepherd Care provides a safe place to reach out when you feel overwhelmed by the pressures and stresses of ministry. Pastors, their wives & children, other ministerial church staff, their spouses & children, and recent widows and children of pastors and church staff.
